Who handles your enquiry
Mustafa Yilmaz operates this website under the Surrey Commercial Cleaning website brand and handles privacy questions. Email hello@surreycommercialcleaning.ca.
What we collect
The form collects your optional business or property name, contact name, email address, phone number, property street address, optional suite or unit, postal code, property type, service choice, optional target date, occupancy and cleaning requirements. Do not include building access codes, patient records, children's information or other sensitive records.
Why we use it
We use your details to understand the property, respond to your enquiry and discuss a proposal or walkthrough. Your enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails. A request does not confirm an appointment.
Storage and delivery
Enquiries are saved in the website's restricted database and a notification is sent to the operator's designated inbox. Hosting, email delivery and inbox providers process information to provide these services; processing may occur outside Canada. Access is limited to enquiry administration.
Working with a cleaning provider
This form sends information to the website operator. Before sharing your details with a cleaning provider, we identify that provider and obtain your agreement. Your information is not sold as a contact list. Information may also be disclosed where required or permitted by law.
Website visits and phone calls
We use session storage for the landing page, referrer origin and campaign details associated with an enquiry. Basic interaction events exclude names, email addresses, phone numbers and form answers. The phone extension identifies which website prompted a call. Call routing and outcome information may be logged; this site does not enable audio recording.
Optional Google Analytics
If you choose Allow analytics, Google Analytics uses cookies to measure visits, page types, phone and email clicks, and successfully saved enquiries. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, property addresses, form answers and URL query details are excluded from our analytics events. Google may process analytics information outside Canada. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled. Choose No thanks to keep Google Analytics off, or change your choice through Privacy settings at any time. Your preference is remembered for up to 180 days. The enquiry form works either way.
Retention, access and correction
Successfully notified website enquiry records are removed after 365 days during routine processing. Unresolved delivery records are retained for follow-up. Relevant email correspondence may be retained for an ongoing enquiry, service arrangement or legal obligation. Email hello@surreycommercialcleaning.ca to request access, correction or deletion, or to withdraw contact consent. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
