THE WAY YOUR PROPERTY WORKS
A fresh start.
For what comes next.
A condo in City Centre before the listing photographs. A Cloverdale home before a viewing. A South Surrey business space before its next occupants arrive. Plan the clean around the property and the moment you are preparing for.
01
Before the photographs and first showing
Identify the rooms to present and what will be cleared beforehand. An occupied home and an empty unit can both be assessed, with attention to accessible floors, kitchens, bathrooms and agreed surfaces.
Entrance areas and accessible floors
Cleared counters, shelves and agreed surfaces
Kitchen sinks and bathroom fixtures
Mirrors and agreed accessible interior glass
02
After purchase, before moving in
Tell us whether the property will be empty, partly furnished or still occupied when entry is permitted. Include possession and moving dates so the provider can review the available time before boxes, furniture or equipment arrive.
03
Request the interiors that matter
Cupboard, drawer, oven or refrigerator interiors can be considered as additional tasks. State which will be empty and accessible. Condition, surface restrictions and the agreed task list determine inclusion; personal belongings, food and stock stay under your control.
04
Coordinate the correct property access
For a Surrey condo or commercial unit, include the unit number and any sign-in, elevator or permitted-hour arrangements. For a house or townhome, identify the authorized contact and rooms to include. Private-unit cleaning is separate from strata common-area work.
05
Confirm the occasion and date together
Share the target photography, showing or moving date, approximate area and current condition. The provider confirms availability, scope and price; an enquiry alone is not a reservation. Mention renovation debris or unusual conditions at the start so any separate assessment can be discussed.
THE DETAILS ADD UP
Big impressions. Small details.
From the first door handle to the last room on the list. Bring your priorities into a clear, practical cleaning plan.
Can this service be requested for a home or condo?+
Yes. One-time pre-sale and move-in enquiries cover residential homes and condos as well as commercial premises. Describe the property type and occupancy.
Will all cupboards and appliances be cleaned automatically?+
No. Specify the interiors you want assessed and whether they will be empty. Inclusion must be confirmed in the agreed task list.
Can cleaning be timed between possession and the move?+
Provide the expected access time and moving schedule. The provider must confirm a workable booking window before you rely on the date.
Does this include specialist renovation or hazardous-material cleaning?+
No. Ordinary property preparation is separate from specialist post-construction work and mould, asbestos or biohazard remediation.
