List all addresses, property uses and requested start order. Identify the central decision-maker and a local contact who knows how each space is used.

Share a standard without losing the detail
A City Centre office, Newton business premises and South Surrey retail unit can use one proposal format. Their rooms, excluded areas and working windows still need to be recorded individually.

Agree local entry and central approvals
The person approving the portfolio price may not manage day-to-day access at every address. Name who handles each entry arrangement and who authorizes additional work across the group.

Ask for pricing by location
Keep recurring work, initial cleaning, supplies and periodic tasks visible at each address. A portfolio total should still explain what happens when one site changes its hours or room list.

Choose the rollout from the actual properties
Provide existing contract dates and preferred sequence where relevant. The provider reviews availability for the locations and confirms timing rather than assuming the whole group can begin together.

Yes. Name the first property and describe any later sites so the intended sequence can be reviewed without assuming a confirmed start date.
Can White Rock or Langley addresses be included?+
List their municipality explicitly; they are separate from Surrey. Coverage and availability for those locations must be confirmed.
